Role and Responsibilities:

Work in a professional manner, in accordance with my trade good practices and quality workmanship
Only come to the job site if I am fit for work.
Always notify your supervisor and Austructure office staff if you can’t attend your job site.
Notify Austructure Service of any pre-existing work restriction prior to start your role.
Work in a safe manner without causing risk to myself, others or the environment.
Complying with the site safety management plan, and follow the SWMS, work procedures and or other risk assessments.
Report of all incidents to the Supervisor.
Report of all injuries and illnesses to the designated First Aid Officer or Attendant and AUSTRUCTURE Office staff.
Reporting of all WHSE hazards to the Supervisor.
Active participation in prestart and toolboxes.
Seeking of assistance if unsure of safety rules or work methods.
Ensure all equipment and tool kits are complete, maintained as per manufacturer’s manual, tested and tagged if required, and tagged out if defective.
Reporting of any faulty tools, plant or equipment to the Supervisor.
Perform plant prestart.
Compliance with and adherence to all workplace rules.
Correctly using, maintaining and caring for all personal protective equipment provided.
Compliance with all emergency and evacuation procedures.
Submit my hours daily or weekly and approved by the supervisor using the tool supplied by Austructure.
Comply with any reasonable instruction and cooperate with any reasonable policy or procedure relating to health and safety at the workplace.
Declare my hours when exposed to Silica Dust and maintain clean shaving if wearing a P2 mask.
Provide up to date licences and documentation.
Be responsible for the tools, equipment and vehicle I supply, including their maintenance, service and insurance for loss, wear and tear.
